Is the Apple Wallet pass free?
Yes. The Apple Wallet pass is included on every Trustaroo plan at no extra cost, with no cap on locations, devices or downloads.
Does the pass work on Android?
No, there is no Google Wallet version. On Android, use the printable PDF, a printed QR code, or send the short review link over WhatsApp or SMS.
Do I need a separate pass for each location?
Yes. Every location gets its own pass with its own QR code, so scans and ratings land against the right location in your dashboard. Give each team the pass for the location they work at.
Does an installed pass update when I change the design?
No. Apple Wallet does not refresh a pass that is already installed. After saving changes, download the pass again from the Locations panel and reinstall it on your team's phones.
What does the QR code on the pass link to?
The same short link as your printed QR code. Customers land on your review page, pick 1 to 5 stars and are routed by your review filter exactly as they would be from print.
Can I send the pass to my team from inside Trustaroo?
Not directly. Download the .pkpass file once and share the file itself: by email, AirDrop or a shared drive. Each person taps it and confirms.
